DELIVERY TIME

Delivery across Pakistan takes 3–4 working days.

During sale periods or high-volume days, delivery may take 7–8 working days.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders cannot be modified or cancelled as they may already be processed or dispatched.

At Riwaayatt Libaas, we aim to provide high-quality stitched outfits and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.


EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse exchange if these conditions are not met.


How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team through our Contact Page or WhatsApp within 7 days.

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for exchange

    • Clear pictures of the item

Our team will guide you through the next steps.


Returning the Item

  • Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.

  • Send it to the return address provided by our customer service team.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was incorrect or defective.


Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned item:

  • Our team will inspect it to ensure it meets exchange criteria.

  • If approved, we will proceed with the exchange process.


Exchange Options

You may exchange your item for:

  • A different size

  • A different color

  • Another product of equal value

If the new item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference.

If the selected item is of lower value, the remaining balance will not be refunded but may be adjusted as store credit (if applicable).


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized or altered items

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items without tags

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)


Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds.
We only offer exchanges under the conditions mentioned above.


Important Notes

  • Riwaayatt Libaas reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet our policy requirements.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
